CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS
When we offer and you accept an appointment, we make provision to ensure we have the right staff and resources available to meet that need. We also block that slot from further bookings, as it has been reserved specifically for you. In return, we simply ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation or rescheduling, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is so that we have the opportunity to try and fill this slot, sometimes at short notice, to ensure the efficient operation of our business, for the benefit of all our clients.
In the event that we do not receive the above notice then we reserve the right to make a late cancellation charge. In doing so we will take account of your appointment history, as we understand it is not always possible to give the requested notice due to unforeseen circumstances
